when commissioning me i assume you have read the rules☆ general terms and conditions ☆☆i have all the right to refuse any commission without providing a reason!!
☆ my art is for personal use only (e.g., as a profile picture, in personal galleries, etc.). you are not allowed to use it to make profit out of it in any kind of way.
☆ You are allowed to post your commission online as long as you credit me properly (@nexely.art on instagram)
☆ do not claim my art as your own, copy, trace, or modify my artwork.
☆ do not erase my watermark/signature! (dw it's hidden)
☆ I may post the finished piece on my social media, please let me know if you are uncomfortable with this
☆ revisions with minor adjustments (such as color, details or proportions) are allowed but i will not make big changes after a step in the process has been approved
☆ the commission will be canceled if 2 weeks go by without me getting a reply, no refunds if you ghost me (unless otherwise agreed)
☆ estimated time will be discussed upon commission request. the time i need to finish the commission might vary depending on my schedule and the complexity of the commission☆ payment and refunds ☆
☆ the payment will be paid 50% of the costs before i start working on the commission and the other 50% before i send the final piece. i also accept the full payment (100% of the price) upfront.
☆ payment will be through paypal invoice and in euro (€)
☆ there will be no refund as soon as i start working on the commission, same goes if I don't get an answer within 2 weeks (unless otherwise agreed)
☆ if the commission is cancelled by me for any reason, you will receive a full refund
